Oakmont Law Group is proud to offer legal services to meet your Personal Injury and Criminal Defense needs.  Meet our Aurora, Colorado team:

Glenn B. Fair Jr.

Managing Director and Personal Injury team leader

Aurora Attorneys - Glenn B. Fair Jr.Glenn is a native of Huntington Beach, California where he lived until joining the U.S. Army at age 18.  He served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and was a member of the Division’s skydiving demonstration team.  Glenn was honorably discharged in 1988 and moved to Nevada.  After a short stint working as a casino dealer and pit boss, he began his first career as a law enforcement officer.

Glenn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. In 2014, he retired from law enforcement at the rank of Sergeant after serving his community for 22 years.

After retiring, Glenn moved to Wyoming where he attended the University of Wyoming College of Law. In his first year of law school Glenn won the school’s annual Voir Dire jury selection competition. He was also selected for the Wyoming Law Review based on academic achievement and is a published author of both legal and non-legal articles.   Glenn participated in the school’s Civil Legal Services clinic where he represented the underprivileged citizens of Wyoming in civil and family matters.  Glenn graduated law school with honors in 2017 and passed the Colorado Bar Exam on his first attempt and joined the prestigious group of Aurora attorneys.

Glenn handles both litigation and pre-litigation personal injury matters. He uses his law enforcement expertise to analyze cases where the police were involved, such as traffic accidents and citations. When he is not advocating to get the highest possible payout for his clients, Glenn can be found watching the Colorado Rockies, the Denver Broncos, fishing, or traveling with his wife.

After working for others and seeing ways to improve client service, Glenn Founded Oakmont Law Group to better serve clients and their individual needs.  “As a Litigator, I am comfortable in the court room and aggressively advocate for my clients. We handle Plaintiff’s Civil cases such as: Auto accidents (including commercial vehicles), Bike Accidents, Pedestrian Accidents, Slip and Fall, and Dog Bites. We will also handle some criminal defense and family law work on a selective basis. Let us serve your Aurora legal needs,” says Fair.

Paul Bennett

Paralegal

Paul is a native of Denver, Colorado.  His father’s family came to Colorado in the 1850’s while on his mother’s side he is only the third generation born in the United States.  Paul grew up in Aurora and was the third graduating class from Rangeview High School.  After high school, Paul entered the Army and completed Airborne School, Air Assault School, Combat Lifesavers School, and the Primary Leadership Development Course.  Paul has been stationed in the United States and South Korea and conducted exercises in Panama.

After his time in the military, Paul worked his way through college as a plumber and then worked in the Organic Chemistry field.  When the company he was working for went out of business, Paul returned to plumbing and received his State of Colorado Certification as a Journeyman Plumber.  During his career as a plumber he had an opportunity to travel to Iraq to work as a plumber which he did for 32 months.

Upon returning from Iraq, Paul was faced with the economic crisis of 2008 and 2009 which included the collapse of the housing market. Paul made the difficult decision to go back to college for his Degree in Paralegal Studies.  While still in college, Paul was hired at his first law firm where he was able to apply what he was learning in college to real world legal issues.  After college, Paul was hired by the Colorado Courts where he worked in domestic and criminal divisions in Denver District Court and Arapahoe County District Court.

After working for the Courts, Paul went back into private practice and worked for one of the television attorneys.  He grew tired of the constant chaos and disliked the fact that clients were treated like a number and not a person.  Paul believes clients need someone to aggressively advocate for them.   He found matching beliefs in Oakmont Law Group and readily accepted their offer to be a paralegal.

Paul is single with two adopted cats and a daughter who is attending Arkansas University.  He also has  a son who will be playing hockey with the Junior A Chicago Cougars this season.  In his spare time, Paul can often be found at a local area hockey rink with his son, on a golf course, doing a day hike in the Colorado Mountains, or online playing video games.

Jennifer Terry

Legal Assistant and Office Manager

Jennifer Terry

I’m a Colorado native, my family goes back many generations. My heart is in Montana where I lived for some of my childhood. I love small towns, “junkin”/craft fairs for antiques/treasures for my home. My kids are my world, spending time with them is my first pick any day. We have 3 amazing dogs and two tortoises. I love being outdoors and adventuring, crafting, taking pictures, reading, movies. My passion is helping people, creating real, authentic relationships. We all have a story, may we learn to meet each other in those places.

Working at Oakmont Law Group has allowed me to use all of my passions and gifts to help people.
