Oakmont Law Group’s Criminal Defense Team is comprised of law partners, Evynne Fair and Glenn Fair, who bring over 25 years of combined law enforcement experience to the representation of those charged with crimes.
Glenn Fair is an honorably retired police sergeant who spent over 10 years training and supervising police officers. This experience helps him recognize when police officers have violated training standards or made a mistake in your case.
In addition to her law enforcement experience, Evynne Fair also worked for the Adams County District Attorney’s Office which allows her to provide valuable insight into how your case will be handled by the District Attorney’s office.
Oakmont Law Group’s criminal defense practice includes:
- Defending all state and local prosecutions
- DUI/Traffic Offenses
- Domestic Violence Offenses
- Juvenile Offenses
- Post-conviction litigation such as expunging juvenile records and discontinuing sex offender registrations
We charge both hourly rates and flat-fee rates depending on the case type. The rate is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the charges and other factors. Your first consultation is always free!
