My license was suspended but I kept driving to work. I got a ticket for driving on a suspended license. Can I go to jail?

Driving while under restraint (driving when you are legally not allowed to due to court order) is taken seriously in Colorado and carries jail time as a penalty. It is dependent on the prosecuting attorney if you will face jail time or not.  You should definitely consult with Oakmont Law Group’s Criminal Defense Team to have your case evaluated.
